Just get 5 or more colleagues to enter the 10k, then send us a message (via the contact form) with your company name, along with a list of your runners.
Yes, but only if there are places left. All adult races were sold out last year, so it’s best to enter early!
All our races are fully marshalled and have medical professionals on hand in case of emergency.
However, please remember that you have entered at your own risk, so please pay attention to the marshals and the race instructions. If you are not feeling well before the race, then please don’t run!
Race officials will remain at the finish until the last runner has completed the course.
Sorry, but for safety reasons, we do not allow headphones of any type to be worn in any of our races, as we need you to be able to hear instructions from our marshals.
You will need to collect your number from Race HQ in Poole Park, before the run. Please give yourself enough time to collect it.
Please attach your number to the front of your vest or T-shirt and ensure it is visible at all times. Please ensure that contact phone numbers & medication details are written on the reverse.
Please note that in order to comply with UK Athletics rules you must not fold your number. Race referees can and do, disqualify runners who do so. Race Numbers must be worn only by the runner to whom they have been issued. They are NOT transferable in any circumstances.
Please see the race schedule for full details: http://poolefestivalofrunnng.com/event-schedule/
The 10K and Half Marathons have water stations on the course. There are no water stations for the 5k or minithons, but there will be water handed out at the finish.
Due to the confines of the course NO wheelchairs, pushchairs, buggies, roller-skates etc, and please – no dogs. Runners must not be accompanied or followed by others on cycles.
A link to the full set of results will be published on the Poole Festival Of Running website shortly after the completion of each race.
Please come ready to run if possible, but there are changing facilities in the larger marquee if you need them.
There are pay and display car parks at the Civic Centre, the Dolphin Shopping Centre and the Everyone Active Leisure Centre.
Your race number can be collected from the Race HQ in Poole Park, located on West Field near The Kitchen, which will be open on Saturday from 2:00 pm until 7:00 pm and from Sunday 7:30 am to 9:00 am. Race HQ will be very busy, so please allow enough time, at least 45 minutes, to collect your number before your race start time.
